Welcome to Skyline Travel Co. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website located at skylinetravelco.ca (the "Site") and all services provided by Skyline Travel Co. (the "Services"). By accessing our Site or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Site or use our Services.
2. Use of the Website
The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice. This website uses cookies to monitor browsing preferences. Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose.
You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.
3. Booking and Reservations
When making a booking through our Services, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A contract between you and the travel service provider is formed when we send you a confirmation invoice on behalf of the travel service provider.
Please note that we act as an agent for carefully selected suppliers. Your contract will be with the supplier and their terms and conditions will apply to your booking. Before making a booking, please read the supplier's terms and conditions carefully. We will provide you with copies of the relevant supplier terms and conditions upon request.
4. Payment Terms
To confirm your booking, a deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking. The amount and timing of any deposit or full payment will be advised at the time of booking. If you do not pay the balance by the due date your booking will be cancelled and you will forfeit your deposit.
All prices displayed on the Site are subject to change without notice until your booking is confirmed. Prices may vary depending on travel dates, occupancy, and other factors. Advertised prices may be subject to availability and may change without notice. All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars unless otherwise stated.
5. Cancellation and Changes
If you need to cancel or change your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation and change fees vary depending on the service provider's terms and conditions. In some cases, no refunds will be available. We strongly recommend that you purchase appropriate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
In the event that we need to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer you alternative arrangements of equivalent or close standard if available, or a full refund of all monies paid. We will not be liable for any additional expenses incurred by you as a result of such cancellation.
6. Travel Documents and Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates required for your journey. Requirements may change and vary according to your destination, length of stay, and the type of travel. We recommend that you check the requirements with the relevant embassy or consulate well before your departure date.
Please note that many countries require that your passport be valid for at least six months beyond the dates of your trip. Some countries may also require proof of return or onward travel. Skyline Travel Co. is not responsible for any issues arising from inadequate travel documentation.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including cancellation, medical emergencies, and loss of personal belongings. Travel insurance is your responsibility and should be arranged at the time of booking.
Skyline Travel Co. can provide information about travel insurance options, but the contract for insurance will be between you and the insurance provider. Please read the policy details carefully to ensure that it meets your specific requirements.
